Companyisthestoryoftwofriends-Malik(AjayDevgan)andChandu(VivekOberoi)-howtheybuildupthe'Company'-Bombayunderworldonaglobalscaleandthusestablishtheirsupremacy.Asmallmisunderstandingbetweenthemturnsintoalargescalemafiawar.Thecastinthisfilmisgreat,aspecialmentionmustbemadeofVivekOberoi.ThesonofSureshOberoi(formerBollywoodstar)istalentedandseemstohaveputinalotofeffortforhisfirstfilm.Ionlyhopehedoesn'tgettype-castedinthefutureaftersuchahard-hittingroleondebut.AjayDevganfitsverywellintotheroleofMalik,acoldbloodeddonwhoalwaysmeansbusiness.ManishaKoiralaenactstheroleofMalik'sgirlfriendprettywellandisrefreshing.However,thebiggestsurpriseofthisfilmwasAntaraMali.ShehasdoneagreatjobasChandu'swife,anditonlygoestoshowthatthereisnodearthoftalentinthecountry.
